After my 7 years in IPDO with the CoE Formulation team, I was exploring new opportunities within DRL and Propel really helped me identify new roles as per my interest and skill sets. I found Portfolio – EM role as a best fit for my profile and expressed my interest in the role. As part of the interview process, I had a chance to interact with leaders in the Emerging Markets team who gave me a good perspective of the role. In a few days’ time I was informed about my selection by the HR team. The whole process took me around 20-25 days, which was very efficient.
By end of September 2023, I joined my new role. I can see myself growing in my career with new learnings and insightful interactions. It’s really exciting and I am happy for the decision I have made.
